An actual cornerstone of Italian cuisine, they are timeless classic ravioli. In Fontaneto we produce our raviolo following the highest standards elevated as well as Tradition. To prepare the filling we choose only the noble parts of the best Italian meats, so that the lean component is never less than 85%. It is healthier as well as tastier. The meat is browned using only fresh vegetables. So fresh that we buy them again three times a week. We then add Grana Padano DOP 18 months, sage and fresh rosemary.
