A small workshop, van and visionary idea to hand. This is how Piero Fontaneto started, more then 35 years ago.
Nowadays, his company – already in its third generation – is prospering and still continues to pursue the same idea with the perfect dose of tenacity, pride and dedication: bringing good Italian stuffed pasta to tables worldwide. Because, as Piero says, “you’ve got to earn your stripes.”
When it comes to our stuffed pasta, we hand-pick only 100% Italian semolina, eggs, cheeses, seasonal vegetables, selected meats, DOP and PGI products, and local specialities.

The Fontaneto kitchens are fired up every day at dawn. The mixers are working at full speed, the expert pasta makers’ hands are already covered in flour and the chefs are busy preparing the fillings. Know-how and innovation go hand in hand here.
